Develop physical health in village area
Do you know that village is really a very good place for developing physical health. Off course friends, village is
really a good place for our health.

Yes friend, I am going to share with you about my little experience on physical health today. I was always staying inside
the house in town because I was a computer programmer. All my work is done only from computer and I don't need to go
outside or sometimes I don't have times.
But after someday when I had visited my village for some purposes, then I only realise about what is the feeling of
village area. I realise that there is lots of different feelings in village then it is in town. I realise that village
is as much important as the town is. Here is what I had found difference between village and town area-
Village is the place where all the plants,crops,vegetables,etc. were grown and it is only the place where the
pollution were mostly not done. On the other hand town or city is the place where all the
cars, building, constructions, etc. works were done, because of which pollution like air pollution, noise pollution ,etc.
took places. So here the village area becomes the best place to live because there is less pollution.
Village is the place where less transport system works, for examples if you want to go some were that is not far from
you, then you may not found auto rickshaws, taxis, etc. so it becomes a place for you to develop physical health as
you need to walk away all the long for 1 or 2 kms in a day. On the other had town is the place where transport system
is available and you do not need to walk away, and that is the reason why town is not physical health.
So my friends, in this way we can develop physical health in village area, as there is less pollution and we get fresh
air. You know friends, fresh air is also a very good way to maintain physical health.
Again, I would like to say that town is also very important for us. Because the main different thing between village
and town area is that - In village area we develop physical health and on the other hand in town or city area we
develop our mentality.
If you say how we develop physical health in village area then read the above that I had written because I already had
said that village is the place where physical work is much done. And if you say that how we develop mentality in town
then listen - town is the place where trade, business, etc. were done. For example if you want to buy something in
shop like clothes, then firstly you need to choice which clothes in good quality or bad quality, doing this also

So my advice to you is that, if you always stay in town and never goes to village then, guys please start going to
your village because it will really help you physical body in getting fresh air, which will change your feeling also.
Again, if you go to village and do some physical works like whatever the villagers does, then this will also help you
in developing your physical health.
