Refund and Cancellations
At Mritunjoy Ayurveda, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below to understand your options.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can still return the items for a refund (see below for our return policy).
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a refund, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. You will then need to ship the item back to us along with the return authorization number. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Some of our products may not be eligible for a refund, including perishable items or products that have been opened or used. If a product is non-refundable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
